Join me at Vertical Endeavors-Twin Cities Bouldering for two hours of skills, drills, and practical movement to support you in your hand balance practice. This workshop will focus on Crow Pose and other variations of the hand balance like Side Crow and One-Legged Crow. Beginners and advanced students are all welcome!
In this workshop you will learn:
The building blocks for Crow and Crow variations
Ways to transition into and out of arm balances
Strengthening exercises to support your Crow
Methods to care for your wrists and hands
Whether you’re a yogi, or simply a mover who’s interested in developing the physical prerequisites necessary to balance on your hands with strength, control, and sustainability, this workshop will be jam packed with useful and applicable information to help build your body intelligence.
*A minimum participant pre-registration is required in order to run this series. If said minimum is not met, you'll be notified with 24 hours notice of the series cancellation, along with a full refund. A minimum of 72 hours notice before the start of the first session is required by registrants in order to cancel their registration and receive a refund. Any cancellations within 72 hours of the series start time are non-refundable.
