MAKING SPACE
I hear it all the time…
Students tell me they wish they had more time for their practice, more time for their seated meditation, simply time to focus on themselves! I get it. We’re all busy and it’s important that we all make space for the things that help us feel good in our bodies and in our minds.
Making Space is an opportunity for you to open specific regions of your body through an intentional flow yoga practice with moments to slow down with mindfulness practices like restorative yoga shapes, breathwork, and guided meditations.

All practices will be recorded and available for you to view and download until April 14, 2024. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.
