STRONG & SOFT

Four weeks of balancing strength and muscle activation in your yoga practice with elements of relaxation and release.

All practices will be well-rounded featuring backbends, forward folds, twists, and balancing shapes. Drills to create strength in the physical body and mind will be sprinkled in throughout the flow-based practice. Expect activation in your feet, hamstrings, core, shoulders, and more! Every practice will end with quiet restorative shapes and rest.

All practices will be recorded and available for your to view and download until January 1, 2023. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.

Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings.
