Early on in my teaching career I was very lucky to have a couple teachers who mentored me. They supported me in my path and paved the way for me to develop a clear teaching perspective.

One of my favorite aspects of teaching is connecting with other yoga teachers. I think it’s important to support each other to build a strong community of teachers and students.
