SUSTAINABLE TWISTS
Sustainable Twists will consist of four 75-minute practices that focus on and explore strong, sustainable, and attainable twists. Expect to experiment with the relationship between the pelvis and the spine, core activation, and ways to breathe efficiently in twisting shapes. You’ll work through variations of Revolved Triangle, Revolved Heron Pose, Revolved Crescent Lunge, Side Crow, and more!

All practices will be recorded and available for you to view and download until June 11, 2023. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.

2 blocks | strap/belt | blanket/towel
Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings.
