Welcome to Voyager: Midweek Mashup - Pt. 2!

Voyager is an opportunity for a community of curious yoga practitioners to come together and explore their practice. It’s never about doing something the right way or perfecting an aspect of the practice. It’s about experimentation and investigation of your unique, individual practice with the support of a community.

No worries if you didn’t participate in Part 1. All are welcome!

Midweek Mashup is my way of teaching all my favorite things in one class! We’ll gather once a week for four weeks. Every practice will consist of some or all of the following:

  • community connection questions

  • steady flow to get the body moving right away

  • moments to slow down and emphasize technique and alignment

  • self-massage with Yoga Tune Up or tennis balls

  • restorative shapes

  • breathwork

  • meditation & rest

Zoom Link: We’ll use the same Zoom link for all 4 sessions.

Recommended Props: 2 blocks, yoga strap or similar, blanket, restorative yoga props, and 2 tennis/lacrosse/Yoga Tune Up balls

Recordings: Can’t attend live? No worries! All practices will be recorded and posted within 36 hours of the live practices. You can access recordings until October 1st.
