SOOTHING SIDE BENDS
Let’s take some time to slow down, get into our side bodies, and breathe a bit.
In this 4-week series we’ll get in a little bit of flow, move through side-bending shapes like Gate Pose and Triangle Pose Variations, explore different techniques and approaches to side bends, and end every class with 5-10 minutes of breathing and/or guided meditation.

2 blocks | yoga strap | blanket | meditation cushion
All practices will be recorded and made available within 48 hours of the live practice. Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings. Recordings and downloads will be available until June 15, 2022.
