FALL FLOW & RESTORE
This 4-week series will feature steady flows to get warm and help your body, mind, and breath fall into rhythm. Each week will feature a highlight shape for you to explore and experiment with your personal alignment. Every practice will finish with restorative shapes to end in a calm, grounded manner.

All practices will be recorded and made available within 48 hours of the live practice. Recordings will be available until November 10th.
Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings.
