Welcome to Voyager: Meditation Meetup
Whether you’re new to meditation or have a regular practice, these gatherings are meant to support everyone. We’ll connect as a community through a book discussion, gentle movement, and guided seated practice.
Together we’ll read Buddha’s Brain. The first 30 minutes or so of each session will be dedicated to discussing that week’s reading. We’ll then go through a gentle movement practice and wrap up with a guided meditation.

Recommended Props: 2 blocks, yoga strap or similar, something to sit on for meditation - block, cushion, chair
Recordings: Can’t attend live? No worries! All practices will be recorded and posted within 36 hours of the live practices. You can access recordings until January 31st.
