In our time together we’ll expand upon Half Pigeon by exploring a variety of Pigeon Variations like versions of King Pigeon, Double Pigeon, and Flying Pigeon. Practices will emphasize a balance of strength and mobility to support the shapes.

Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings. Recordings will be available until April 30, 2022.
