In our time together we’ll expand upon Half Pigeon by exploring a variety of Pigeon Variations like versions of King Pigeon, Double Pigeon, and Flying Pigeon. Practices will emphasize a balance of strength and mobility to support the shapes.

All practices will be recorded and made available within 48 hours of the live practice. Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings. Recordings will be available until April 30, 2022.
