WINTER MOVES 

With a focus on movement patterns that will help you move well in winter, Winter Moves will consist of four, one-hour online practices. This series will explore yoga shapes and movements that can aid winter activities like ice skating, cross country skiing, and shoveling plus highlight ways to strengthen the upper back in a time when we tend to want to always curl up. We’ll warm the body and breath through simple Sun Salutations, move through twisting shapes and rotational patterns to strengthen the core, and play with drills and various stretches.

Live attendance is always optional!

All practices will be recorded and available for you to view and download until February 25, 2024. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.
