FOCUSED FLOW
How about a few physically specific practices to kick off the New Year?
Focused Flow will consist of three 75-minute practices with each practice highlighting a specific region of the body. Every practice will feature a steady, progressive flow to create rhythm with your breath, activations and drills to create mental and muscular engagement within the shapes, and counterposes and/or restorative shapes to prepare for rest.
Week 1: Shoulders
Week 2: Hips
Week 3: Spine
