SUMMER MOVES
As someone who lives in a climate with all four seasons, I always look forward to the summer. It’s the time of year when I’m typically outdoors and enjoying the sunshine. I love running, swimming, hiking, and the occasional gardening. However, these new movement patterns require a little extra maintenance for my body.
In this 4-week series we’ll focus on the feet, shoulders, hips, and spine. Each practice will include simple flows to warm up the body, exploration of mobility drills and exercises, and wrap up with guided self massage.

All practices will be recorded and made available within 48 hours of the live practice. Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings. Recordings and downloads will be available until July 31, 2022.
