FINDING BALANCE

In Finding Balance we’ll spend four weeks exploring different concepts of balance. We’ll use a steady flow of yoga shapes to settle into balanced, even tempo breathing and play with one legged, standing balancing shapes. A hand balance or two might make an appearance. We’ll balance out the more physically demanding shapes by ending practice with a short restorative practice and rest.

All practices will be recorded and available for you to view and download until December 30, 2023. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.
