SLOW & STRONG - PT. 1
Slow & Strong is a three-class series that will focus on developing strength and control in your yoga and movement practice. Expect repetitive movement with an emphasis on creating strength within yoga shapes and explore slow, mindful transitions between shapes. Classes will consist of playful drills and exercises to keep your mind and body engaged.

All practices will be recorded and available for you to view and download until July 26, 2023. Recordings are posted approximately 48 hours after the live practice.

2 blocks | strap/belt | blanket/towel
Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings.
