SUMMER MOVES: JUST THE HIPS
Who doesn’t love focusing on their hips?
In this 4-week series we’ll focus on the many compartments of the hips. Expect mobility work, strength exercises, and stretching through the inner, outer, front, and backside of the hips. Each practice will include simple flows to warm up the body plus moments of massage with Yoga Tune Up Balls.

All practices will be recorded and made available within 48 hours of the live practice. Recordings will be available until September 18th.
Please note that having your Zoom camera on is 100% optional. Those who choose to have their cameras on will have the opportunity to receive practice feedback and might be seen on the video recordings.
