Welcome to Five Weeks of Wheel & Handstand!

With zero expectation to perfect either shape, we’ll work together as a community through skills and techniques that will help you progress toward Wheel and Handstand. Consider every practice as 75 minutes of movement exploration. That exploration will allow your mind to stay calm and focused through the process.

Recordings

All practices will be recorded and posted within 48 hours of practice. You will have access to all recordings until February 28th, plus you’ll have the option to download the recordings to your own device.
