Voyager: Online Collective Yoga Exploration - an online program consisting of movement, breathwork, and meditation exploration in a online community setting. Voyager is an opportunity for a community of curious yoga practitioners to come together and explore their practice. It’s never about doing something the right way or perfecting an aspect of the practice. It’s about experimentation and investigation of your unique, individual practice with the support of a community.

All Voyager practices are recorded for your convenience. Can’t attend live? Want to revisit a practice? You’ll have a minimum of 1 month to access recordings after the final live practice.


Balancing on one foot can be a rewarding and daunting aspect of some yoga practices. Working through the wobbles and settling into your breath even when you feel like you might topple over is a part of the process. Beyond Balance will feature one-legged balancing shapes and ways to transition in and out of balancing shapes with ease. We’ll move through drills to strengthen your feet, hips, and core to help you feel strong and stable in your shapes.
